Carbon steel pans have all the benefits of your favourite cast iron and then some! I cut, press and hammer pans into shape from one continuous piece of raw steel, no rivets or welding . The steel I use is low carbon mild steel manufactured in Canada. Each pan is handmade, which means you get a unique piece every time. As such please allow for some small deviations from the listed measurements. See below for my current offerings.

Rustic, durable, hammer-finished, made for all cooking surfaces from glass-top to propane and even your campfire. It's the perfect pan for all general purpose cooking tasks. The long handle stays cool while stove top cooking under normal conditions, and fits in most standard sized ovens. Your new pan will range from light blue to a deep purple in colour, the result of the initial seasoning, which will slowly turn black with daily use.
